Research Associate in Remote Sensing of the Cryosphere. We seek an outstanding research associate to participate in a new project to investigate novel radar altimetry techniques for the measure of elevation and elevation change over the polar regions. This project is part of a European Space Agency grant: CryoTop Evolution. The candidate will conduct algorithm development to improve upon the generation of elevation from a radar altimeter operating a Synthetic Aperture Radar Interferometric mode. 

This post is full time and fixed term for 20 months. The position will start on 1st January 2017; or as soon as possible thereafter. 

Salary: £26,829 - £31,076 per annum
