The Business School wishes to appoint a Senior Lecturer in either Corporate Finance or Accounting & Finance, within the Accounting and Finance Subject Group area. Candidates will be expected to contribute to teaching across all stages of undergraduate and postgraduate programmes. Ideally candidates will conduct research within either corporate finance or accounting and capital markets, but those publishing work in related areas such as behavioural finance, management accounting, financial accounting or corporate governance will also be considered.
You should hold a good honours degree and PhD in Accounting/Finance or a closely related discipline. You should have a demonstrable track record in publishing research in leading international journals; a publication profile commensurate with being included in the REF; experience in supervising research students through to completion; and a willingness to apply for research funding.
