CAPOD requires an experienced Staff Developer with specific responsibility for Research Staff development from 1 February 2017 or as soon as possible thereafter.
The role holder will have responsibility for coordinating research staff development programmes and will be expected to facilitate, design, deliver and evaluate various activities within the researcher development stream; he/she will also be required to contribute to various other development activities for a range of staff and student cohorts. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the work of a professional and creative team. Applicants will be self-motivated, team-players and have a desire to make a real contribution to the personal and professional development of our research staff.
