Develop leadership skills and shape the future of our faculty
You will have excellent communication skills, with the ability to lead a team in partnership with the Head of Department. You will be highly organised, enthusiastic and able to make high level decisions in supporting both students and staff. You should have a comprehensive appreciation of HEI and related QA processes within programme development and delivery. You will be responsible for strategic enhancement and development across the departmental portfolio, and will have the opportunity to influence the future direction of the faculty.
About the Role
You will work in tandem with the Head of Applied Health and Social Care in leading the continued development of its portfolio and in supporting staff in undertaking its delivery, towards the creation of a positive student experience. A key aspect of the role will be to assume responsibility for the development of learning and teaching across all AHSC programmes and play a significant role in steering the development of the area.
