This is a fixed term position in the School of Management from 1 year to date of appointment and the salary will be on the Grade 8 salary scale  £32,958 to £38,183 per annum for Research Staff together with USS benefits: 

The normal expectation is that the successful applicant will be appointed to the minimum of the agreed scale with annual increments on 1 October each year (subject to completing six months service).

Main Purpose of the Post

To develop and assess the impact of business failure on entrepreneurs across the UK. This will involve development of the conceptual framework of entrepreneurial learning through failure and establishing working groups across three centres of the UK – namely South Wales, London, and Manchester.
