MSc Cluster Administrator, Transport Section

This is a full time opportunity for a skilled administrator to provide administrative and organisational support to the Transport Section within the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering. 

The role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a whole range of staff across the Section and Department, and within and outside Imperial College. 

Key responsibilities cover all aspects of administration for a busy research group, including monitoring financial information, assisting with the preparation of research grant proposals, diary management, student and course administration and support for the PhD and MSc students. 

You will also be expected to act as a key point of contact for prospective course students, dealing with enquiries and providing advice, information and guidance as appropriate.

Your personal qualities will enable you to be professional in your approach and to possess the confidence and diplomacy to work effectively with all levels of staff and students. You must also be able to demonstrate good office organisation, prioritisation and computer skills, and ideally have experience of working in a Higher Education environment.
