HR Operations Administrator (Recruitment)

The University of Cambridge School of Clinical Medicine HR team is looking to recruit a Recruitment Administrator based at the Cambridge Biomedical Campus.

You will join a busy team who provide recruitment support to 13 departments across the Clinical School. Working closely with the Recruitment Team Leader and other team members, you will be responsible for administering a wide range of operational tasks and being the first point of contact for information and guidance, in addition to contributing to project work within the team.

You should have experience of maintaining office systems and working to standard procedures. You will possess excellent IT skills, including MS Word, Excel and Outlook, proven organisational skills, a keen attention to detail, confidence and tact in dealing with people at all levels and demonstrate the ability to deliver a high level of customer service in a fast-paced environment. Experience of working in a Higher Education environment and/or experience in HR/recruitment would be particularly advantageous.
