We have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual to work with the Project Manager of Health and Wellbeing Services to maintain our existing projects and develop new enterprise.
You will have experience in coordinating health and wellbeing services, for example falls prevention, self-care management, health trainer services, promotion of physical activity, healthy walks, healthy eating and nutrition workshops and in delivering training in a number of health related areas.
You will be dynamic, energetic and driven and able to network effectively. This is a fixed-term appointment until 31 August 2017.
