At the University of Southampton Business School we are entering an exciting stage of our development. It is an exciting time to join the School and we are now seeking to recruit outstanding individuals for key positions that will play a crucial role in the School achieving its vision.
The OB/HRM department at the School currently comprises 14 full time academic members of staff. We are looking for someone with an excellent record in designing and delivering teaching across the OB/HRM discipline at undergraduate and postgraduate levels. You will need to demonstrate that you place the quality of the student experience at the centre of your teaching. You should have a PhD (or equivalent qualifications and experience) and a teaching qualification or HEA membership. Membership of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development would be desirable.
