Aston University have an exciting opportunity for an Advice Zone Manager to lead on the provision of a comprehensive advice and support service for current and prospective students. The role will ensure the smooth and effective work of the team and respond promptly to urgent situations and changes in student demand.

This post is a management role within Student Services; a role which demands and supports a high performance staff culture and initiates change. You will;

  • Lead on the development and enhancement of the Student Advice service at Aston University
  • Demonstrate leadership and have overall responsibility for the advice team's service provision
  • Ensure our students receive a quality service in which the student experience and student satisfaction are paramount
  • Develop policies and procedures which support and enhance the maintenance of a cohesive student support environment

Educated to degree level, you will have significant experience of providing student advice including case management. A track record of management is essential for this role alongside excellent communication skills, an attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders.
