We are a top five University looking for an experienced Digital Acquisition Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to work in the Higher Education sector alongside other talented Marketing professionals.
Working with our chosen digital media agencies, the post holder is responsible for developing and executing media plans that drive high quality leads and relevant traffic to Surrey’s digital platforms, in order to meet or exceed targets for visits, lead generation and engagement. These targets are set in accordance to business needs around new student acquisition, as well as building national and international brand reputation.
The successful candidate will be a champion in how we use campaign data to optimise our activities, as well as driving our usage of analytics and reporting to measure and improve what we do.
You will act as an integral part of the Marketing and Communication planning process to understand the commercial and brand requirements of each campaign and propose bought media opportunities to best deliver on those needs.
To apply you will need:
- Significant experience of managing digital media agencies to develop successful media plans and oversee day-to-day bought media activities.
- Strong knowledge of bought media channels including PPC, paid social, content marketing, programmatic display, etc.
- Experience of Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics (or similar platforms) to optimally set up a data analytics framework.
You will be highly numerate with an ability and passion for generating dashboards and doing ad hoc data analysis to measure the success of campaign activities and drive insight into decision making.
