Overview of role

We are seeking a bright and hardworking team player to join the busy admissions team.

The role of the Undergraduate Admissions Coordinator is of vital importance to the school and requires a good, professional working relationship with the Head of Admissions and the rest of the admissions team.

You will be responsible for answering applicant enquires, helping to ensure that student numbers are maintained, assisting with the smooth running of the department as well as the promotion of the school.

You will need to be proficient using MS Office, have a strong attention to detail, and be the type of person that enjoys working in an organised and methodical manner. Your day to day tasks will include a large range of responsibilities therefore any candidate must have an enthusiastic attitude and a willingness to learn. We are looking for a cheerful, positive character that is happy to get involved in all aspects of the admissions process.

This role will commence in early January 2017.

The office opening hours are 10am – 6pm.

  • £27,000 to £30,000 dependant on experience
