About the role
GSM London is seeking ambitious Associate Lecturers to join our community in delivering:
- Artificial Intelligence
- Computer Graphics
- Software Development
- Mobile App Development and Programming
In addition, we are also seeking Associate Lecturers with significant experience in teaching and developing curriculum in E-Commerce, management within the Creative Industries, Social Enterprise or small business development.
An industry focus, recent teaching qualification and the desire to support the Department’s outreach, external engagement and employability focus will be a distinct advantage.

Associate Lecturers – Digital Innovation and Creative Enterprise
GSM London is seeking ambitious Associate Lecturers to join our community. We offer the opportunity to gain a unique range of skills and experience whilst making a significant contribution to the student experience, growth and sustainability of the College.
You will work with the Heads of Departments and other colleagues to ensure the effective delivery of UG and/or PG programmes in support of our Education strategy and aims for an outstanding student experience. Associate Lecturers are expected to contribute directly to teaching, marking, module development and implementation of innovative teaching practices across the College.
To be a successful candidate, you will be able to demonstrate your extensive teaching experience and specialist knowledge. You will hold a master’s level qualification, professional qualification or equivalent practitioner experience (including teaching within Higher Education). You will have experience in curriculum development and assessment design, quality management and enhancement in a Higher Education environment.
Digital Innovation and Creative Enterprise Department
The Department of Digital Enterprise and Creative Enterprise oversees graduate programmes in App Development for Digital Business, Business Management with Creative Industries, Business Management with E-Commerce, and Enterprise and Small Business Development.
Our remit focuses on the crossover between digital and business, creative and entrepreneurial activity, and business innovation.
