|Placed on:||22nd November 2016|

As a Lecturer in Food Science, Nutrition and Technology, you will be responsible for the delivery of teaching, learning and curriculum development in the subject areas of food science, nutrition, food safety, technical management and related subjects. You will teach across a range of programmes spanning Further Education through to BSc (Honours), along with short courses.
You will require sound academic credentials, and a genuine passion for training, teaching and supporting students with a range of abilities and from a variety of backgrounds.
The ideal candidate should have experience of working in a food environment with a technical, nutritional or quality focus. Whilst experience of teaching in Further or Higher Education is desirable, an academic background is not essential, as development opportunities will be provided, and the role would very much suit an industry professional.
