Faculty within the School operate in three subject groups (Economics, Finance and Accounting; Organisation and Management; Marketing and Operations) but adopt a distinctive, highly collaborative approach, working in interdisciplinary teams which span the School and University.
The Organisation and Management Group is now seeking to appoint an individual who will play a crucial role in the continued growth of the School and contribute to the research agenda and teaching platforms. You will possess a relevant PhD and a strong track record of publications in world-leading or internationally excellent journals in the field of OB or HRM. You will be able to evidence future research plans demonstrating a capacity to sustain and extend the existing high level of output.
You will also be expected to demonstrate a successful teaching track record commensurate with the post as they will teach in the undergraduate and/or postgraduate programmes. The School seeks excellence in all aspects of the student experience and for individuals with a passion for innovative pedagogies and the capacity to create and deliver new and highly contemporary modules.
