I-SEC Project Co-ordinator

Temporary contract until 31 July 2017

The University is seeking to set up a jointly funded International Stress Engineering Centre (I-SEC) at the Harwell Science campus in Oxfordshire. You will play a key role in delivering operational outcomes and providing support to all project activities, and will monitor and drive continuous improvement in systems, structures, processes and management information. You will be responsible for overseeing project databases, the updating of websites, liaison with external clients, and budget monitoring. You will also provide pro-active administrative support to the project team in managing project related correspondence and the co-ordination of activities including meetings both on and off site. 

You will have a good standard of education to A-Level or equivalent, and have previous relevant secretarial and/or administrative experience including budget monitoring/management. You will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently with good organisational and prioritization skills, and be able to work collaboratively within a team.
