Hartpury College is one of the UK’s leading sports and land based residential colleges.  It has become one of the largest in the sector with outstanding teaching and sporting facilities. Over 3500 full time Further and Higher Education students study at our attractive rural campus in Gloucestershire. 

We take pride in providing an excellent student experience to all our students and the Student Services Department is seen as a ‘one-stop’ shop for all non-academic student queries.

This is a great opportunity for someone to join our busy team to act as first point of contact for all enquiries (face to face, telephone and email). Your role will be varied and include record keeping, general administrative duties, sorting & distributing the post, booking nurse appointments, liaising with staff within their departments and allocating room keys.

The successful candidate will be IT literate, be exceptionally well organized and highly customer focused. Ideally, you will have experience of working in similar role.

We offer an attractive package with initially 25 days leave, increasing to 30 days, plus bank holidays; Local Government Pension Scheme and support for training & development.
