Additional information: This post is being offered on a fixed-term basis for 5 months.
The School of Science and Technology has around 110 academic staff and 2500 students enrolled on undergraduate and postgraduate degrees. Our courses are informed by research, businesses and industry and consequently our students develop the transferable skills and work experience necessary to give them a head start in the job market.
We are looking to recruit a highly motivated individual for a fixed term post with the skills and experience to join an established teaching and research team. You will deliver high quality teaching and learning to undergraduate and postgraduate students.
Duties will include preparation, delivery and marking of work, and associated administration. You will be expected to run laboratory classes, deliver lectures and run seminars. Experience of undergraduate and/or postgraduate teaching is essential.
We are looking for an individual to teach Biomedical Science. Applicants specialising in one or more of the following disciplines will be considered: Cellular Pathology, Cancer Biology, Haematology and Transfusion Science, Clinical Biochemistry or Medical Microbiology.
