Fixed Term Appointment for 2 years.
SAMS is a world class marine research organisation, based in NW Argyll, with a global portfolio of high-quality fundamental and applied research and enterprise interests. An important strand of activity is in developing computer models of the marine environment incorporating physical, chemical and ecological processes.
We seek a talented professional Java Developer to work with our research scientists to create software across a range of applications which have the capacity to have major societal impacts.
