Administrative Assistant

University of Surrey - Department of Electrical & Electronic Engineering

We are looking for a flexible, enthusiastic and responsible person, with the ability to work both as an effective team member and independently.

Working alongside the other members of the Administrative team, you will provide a strong customer-orientated service to the academics, research staff and students, ensuring that day to day operations within the Institute are run efficiently. 

With previous experience in an administrative or secretarial role, you must demonstrate good IT skills and be able to plan and organise your day to day work to meet the needs of the Institute. Accuracy and attention to detail are also important in this role.

The role presents an exciting opportunity to provide professional customer focused administrative support in a high profile Centre within the University.  If you have the appropriate skills we would very much like to hear from you.
