This part-time post (0.5FTE) is available immediately on a fixed-term basis for 2 years.
This is an exciting opportunity for a Work Placement Co-ordinator to join the Student Employability and Academic Success (SEAS) Team. The post will specifically support the development of work placements and projects for students on the MA Translation programme.
The successful candidate will be adept at building professional relationships with a range of external organisations. With excellent verbal and written communication skills, they will be a strong negotiator who is able to build and sustain contacts at a regional, national and international level. The prospect of working directly with staff and students on the MA Translation programme should also excite you, since the post plays an important role in developing the programme. Strong administrative and IT skills are also required, combined with the ability to pay excellent attention to detail.
The starting salary will be from £26,052 (pro rata) Grade E, depending on qualifications and experience.
