The University of Westminster will be going through an exciting project to successfully implement a new corporate electronic document and records management system and is looking for an experienced business analyst to join the team that will undertake this work. This role will ensure that the needs of the University to improve the way that staff create, collaborate on and manage their digital records are fully met by the configured solution.
Part of a cross departmental team, you will ideally have experience of similar work in an HE environment and will be able to build relationships and rapport quickly with stakeholders, to create and communicate a vision of the project to support business change management.
You will have worked with business and change managers to understand business objectives, identify and deliver process and organizational change and will also have experience of working with external consultants.
You will have a broad knowledge of business application systems and platforms, including Microsoft SharePoint and Office365, and a current understanding of information delivery interfaces including web and mobile.
Experience of scheduling and managing projects using an Agile Project Management approach is desirable.
