Located within the Department of Management, Leadership and Organisation (MLO), the Information Systems and Project Management Group is involved in teaching, research and commercial activities in Information Systems, Project Management and related areas. We are growing our education and research programmes, and we are looking for a Senior Lecturer with relevant qualifications and professional experience in Project Management to join this thriving team.
You will work as part of a team of academic, technical and administrative colleagues facilitating the development of project management subjects through teaching on our Undergraduate, Postgraduate and Continuing Professional Development programmes and by making a positive contribution to the research profile of the School and to the development of employer-led and work-based curriculum in the area of Project Management.
You will need to have a relevant Doctoral qualification (awarded or close to completion), combined with project management experience gained in sectors such as information systems, engineering or construction.
You need to have a passion for teaching in Higher Education with a demonstrable commitment to enhancing student experience and a willingness to be involved in module and/or programme management and related activities.
