Enterprise Solutions Manager

The successful candidate will be joining the university at an exciting time as process and systems reviews are underway. The post holder will be expected to develop and lead initiatives and engage with a wide range of stakeholders across the university.

They will be able to identify priorities and engage in activities which promote the effective working operation of the university, and have experience with line management of technical staff.  The candidate will liaise with software and service suppliers as appropriate, and with colleagues in other institutions and related organisations.

The post holder will be aware of activities and initiatives being formulated nationally across the H.E sector within the relevant specialist area.

They must be able to manage matters relating to Health and Safety, promote diversity and equality for students and staff whilst sustaining an inclusive, supportive and environmentally sustainable workplace in accordance with Harper Adams policies. 

This is a full-time permanent position, and there may be a requirement to work outside normal hours, to ensure that service commitments are met.
