The London School of Business and Management is a private higher education college located in central London (Bloomsbury).  We are a 10 minute walk from Euston Railway Station and within easy walking distance of a number of tube stations.  All our teaching is delivered at Birkbeck College, University of London.  Our students have full access to Birkbeck College’s library, including borrowing rights and are associate members of the University of London’s Student Central.

We deliver University of Northampton undergraduate and postgraduate degrees in Business, Law and Accounting.  Our undergraduate degrees are designated by the Department for Education to provide our home students with access to loans through the SLC to cover their tuition fees and maintenance.

In October 2015 we had a very successful QAA Higher Education Review (HER). The report is available on the QAA’s website.  We achieved a commendation for the enhancement of student learning opportunities.   Further to our October 2015 HER, we had a further monitoring visit from the QAA in September 2016 and the review team concluded that we are making commendable progress.

We are looking to recruit a Senior Student Recruitment Manager on a full-time contract to manage and lead a team of Student Recruitment Managers to implement our student recruitment strategy.

The Senior Student Recruitment Manager will report directly to the Head of Student Recruitment and Marketing and will also be responsible for:

  • Achieving student recruitment targets
  • Developing partnerships with feeder schools and colleges in London
  • Working with prospective students from the enquiry stage through until enrolment
  • Managing communication plans and campaigns through our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

You require:

  • An undergraduate degree
  • A minimum of three years’ experience in student recruitment
  • Experience of using a Customer Relationship Management System
  • Experience of managing and leading staff
