Finance & Planning Manager

The University of Bath’s School of Management is ranked among the top UK business schools, with a renowned reputation for business education and international research.

We wish to appoint a Finance and Planning Manager who will be responsible for managing the operational financial administration within the School of Management and ensuring that University financial controls are followed.

The post holder will act as the principal source of advice to the Dean, Director of Administration, academics and other senior staff with budgetary responsibility on ongoing financial matters, including the budgetary position, planning for resource changes including research projects and other associated activities. The post holder will influence the senior staff within the School of Management to apply good financial practice and planning.

This is a dynamic role, requiring a self-starter who is confident, independent, and experienced. You will become a key member of the School of Management and will work closely with academic and professional services colleagues. You will have excellent management skills and a commitment to building a successful team.
