We have a number of exciting opportunities for HR Officers at the University of Bristol to work in one of our operational teams. The successful candidate will need to be able to take on a full and varied operations and employee relations case load and will ideally have experience at working in this way in either a Higher Education environment or similar providing HR advice and guidance to managers and working closely to support the HR Manager through various initiatives such as TUPE transfers or restructures. Experience in a role at a similar level will be highly desirable. You will be used to balancing a busy workload, demonstrating flexibility in your approach as well as dealing with staff at all levels of an organisation. Ideally you will already be CIPD qualified. One of the posts will also have a focus on supporting managers with job analysis and design and therefore experience in supporting writing of job descriptions and/or job evaluation would be advantageous.
