Student Services works in collaboration with the University’s faculties and other professional services departments to provide a comprehensive range of support to all our students.
From the first point of contact to graduation and beyond, our team of over 300 professional service staff is committed to enhancing the student experience and ensuring that every student is able to make the most of the extensive opportunities available for academic and personal development.
We are looking for a motivated individual to provide information and support to staff in faculties, services and to customers verbally and in writing.
To be successful in this role you will have:
- A wide range of administrative experience in a professional office or Higher Education environment.
- Experience of taking minutes at meetings and working with confidential information.
- Excellent IT skills, with experience of email, MS Office Word Excel, PowerPoint and data base systems with experience of manipulating data to produce basic reports.
