Parenteral & Enteral Nutrition (PEN) Administrator 0.1 FTE (4 hours per week)

Location: Craighall Campus and/or home working by arrangement

Administrators provide a high quality administration service to students and academic staff within the School, working with the Team Leader and the School Managers to improve the efficiency of administration support.

Specifically, the PEN Administrator will provide a high quality academic administrative support to the PEN summer course offered by the School, in conjunction with the PEN (Parenteral & Enteral Nutrition) Group.

You will work with the Academic Link Person and with the designated contact at PEN in order to provide administrative support to the delivery of this course. Based primarily in the School Office you will work alongside the School Office Team to improve service levels, and to enable academic resources in particular to be focused on the delivery of learning and teaching, research and consultancy activities.

You will have administrative experience, excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage conflicting priorities, often within tight timescales. Excellent IT skills are crucial. A team player, you will be able to establish effective working relationships with students, academic staff and managers.

*Please note that we are also currently recruiting for a 0.6FTE Administrator (Inter-Professional Education) and we will consider one candidate filling both posts, working 0.7FTE overall.
