Pearson Education Ltd is a leading UK awarding organisation offering a suite of academic and vocational qualifications in over 90 countries worldwide.

The Progression and Recognition Manager will have responsibility for managing the effective delivery and implementation of a global progression and recognition strategy.

The role has four key areas of responsibility;

  • Create progression agreements with Higher Education Institutions (focusing on Higher National qualifications).
  • Build advocacy amongst stakeholder groups for Pearson qualifications as a progression route into Higher Education
  • To develop stakeholder relationships enabling learners to achieve their ambitions.
  • Develop content for learners to support them with their progression to Higher Education. 

Qualifications

  • Degree Qualified with a min of 6 years of professional experience
  • Substantial knowledge of the Higher Education landscape
  • Experience working with qualifications
  • Experience of Business Development
  • Experience working with senior decision makers within different stakeholder groups.
  • Managing Budgets.
