The salary will be paid at Grade 7, £40,523 - £48,327 per annum

plus £2,623 London Weighting Allowance per annum

Reporting to the Senior Project Manager / Head of Development, the Project Manager will develop, procure and deliver a broad range of estate projects and development schemes valued from £0.5m to £30m+ across a diverse and large scale development programme estate portfolio including research and teaching facilities, student residences and office accommodation. Projects are varied and will include but are not limited to new build, refurbishment, adaptation and fit-out. This is an exciting opportunity for ambitious professionals to develop their career across a diverse and large scale development programme.

The successful candidate will possess relevant experience in a project leadership role with responsibility for procuring and managing complex construction and property projects varying from small scale refurbishment schemes to large scale capital projects. You will have strong commercial management skills, with the proven track record of managing project budgets and leading on contract procurement and management of external consultants and contractors. You will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the drive, credibility and authority to lead and manage stakeholder groups and project teams.

This is a full time, indefinite position at 35 hours per week.
