School Administrators provide a high quality administration service to students and to academic staff, working with the School Office Team Leader and the School Managers to improve the efficiency of administration support.

Specifically, the IPE Administrator will provide a high quality academic administrative support to the IPE thread, which runs throughout our pre-registration undergraduate programmes in Health Sciences. You will work with the IPE Lead, and with the IPE level co-ordinators across the School, in order to provide administrative support to the delivery of these multi-disciplinary modules.   Based in the School Office, you will work alongside the School Office Team to improve service levels, and to enable academic resources in particular to be focused on the delivery of learning and teaching, and associated events.

You will have administrative experience, excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage conflicting priorities, often within tight timescales. Excellent IT skills are crucial. A team player, you will be able to establish effective working relationships with students, academic staff and managers.
