The University of Portsmouth is seeking a highly motivated and innovative professional to join our Recruitment and Outreach team. This is an exciting time of change across the sector and the University. This role provides opportunity to grow and innovate as part of a large, integrated Marketing and Communications team.

The Postgraduate Recruitment Manager will work in collaboration with faculties, colleagues across Marketing and Communications and the University to develop strategy, identify prospective market opportunities, provide recommendations and deliver initiatives to maximise recruitment outcomes.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to lead a small dedicated team. You must have a proven track record in delivering recruitment targets. You will be educated to degree level and/or possess a relevant marketing qualification. International and/or Higher Education experience will be highly regarded.

The successful applicant will devise, deliver and evaluate an ambitious recruitment strategy in support of the University’s ambitious Postgraduate and Continuing Personal Development targets.
