Student Funds Administrator

An opportunity has arisen to join the Student Funding Administration Team as a Student Funds Administrator. The successful candidate will administer the University’s hardship funds and advise students on how to apply for hardship funds. Also, they will be the lead administrator for the US and Canadian Loans processes and ensure that the appropriate policies and procedures are adhered to. 

Candidates will be possess a first degree or equivalent professional qualification. They will be educated to GCSE level or equivalent, with a Grade C in Mathematics and English. Relevant experience of working in an administrative role in a busy customer focussed environment is essential. Experience of working with regulatory frameworks is also required. Experience of working within the Higher Education sector would be desirable.
