Telephonist/Administrator

University of Bath - Estates

Working in the Department of Estates who are responsible for the strategic planning, development and management of the University’s land and buildings, you will join the Telecoms section team.

The successful applicant will be responsible for dealing with all callers from inside and outside the university. You will need to be able to answer calls in an empathetic and efficiently manner, provide assistance with queries and have excellent customer service skills.

You will be a motivated individual, ideally someone who has worked in a similar role and be adaptable with good interpersonal and communication skills.

Working closely with the Telecoms Manager, you will assist in the day to day administration and management of the University Telephone exchange.

You will be expected to attend training courses on the administration of Telephony systems.
