The antibodies will be engineered in mono and bispecific formats for specific projects designed to target cancer cells and for delivery of nanoparticle cargos to cancer cells.

Candidates must have a PhD in a biological subject and significant experience with phage antibody and peptide display. Experience of transfection of yeast and mammalian cells and immunological methods, recombinant protein preparation and purification are essential. Experience with confocal microscopy and structural biology methods are desirable. The post will be ideally suited to an adaptable scientist who wishes to be involved in antibody selection and antibody engineering for use widely with the research group.

The post is available fixed-term for 2 years.
