King’s Admissions Office, within Admissions & Registry Services, provides expertise and efficiency in student admissions to King’s College London, helping the University to maintain a high-quality and professional admissions service for over 80 000 applicants each year. 

We are looking for a proactive colleague to assist on the provision of relevant management information and data analysis. Based within the Student Funding & Admissions Operations team, you will more widely support, monitor and develop the efficiency and quality of our internal admissions processes.

This varied role will require a creative approach to challenges, working in collaboration with a range of colleagues from across the university.

This role would be of interest to either Admissions staff looking to further focus on data, or graduates or analysts with experience of quantitative data analysis involving large data-sets.

This post is full-time, with our core hours Monday to Friday 9am-5pm although flexible working requests will be considered. Please note though that irregular hours and some weekend work may be required at peak periods.

The selection process will include competency based questions and a panel interview.

Interviews are scheduled for 19th December.
