This post is to provide effective and efficient administrative support on both the high-profile COSMOS Programme ( and the SCAMP study (; investigating mobile phone use and health among a large sample of the European population, and secondary school children across Greater London respectively.

Both studies are funded by the Department of Health and are based within the Department of Epidemiology and Biostatistics, Imperial College London. The Department has attracted an excellent multi-disciplinary team interfacing across epidemiology, database programming, geographical information systems, and statistical methodology.

The postholder will work within a team of administrative staff in the department and will provide organisational, administrative support to Dr Mireille Toledano, Reader in Epidemiology.

Applicants should be educated to A-level or equivalent and have experience in the use of Microsoft Office packages and sound knowledge of administrative processes.

This full time post is based at the St Mary’s campus, Paddington and will be fixed term for a year (from 1 February 2017 until 31 January 2018), in the first instance.
