The Global Production Networks, Labour and Trade research group in the Global Development Institute (GDI) is seeking an enthusiastic postdoctoral researcher to assist colleagues in GDI, the School of Environment, Education and Development and the wider responsible business and global production network, including colleagues in the Alliance Manchester Business School, in the development of an ambitious new research initiative.

You are expected to hold a PhD, or equivalent experience, in Development Studies, Economic Geography, International Business or cognate fields. A strong familiarity with analytical frameworks linked to global value chains, global production networks, and international business is also required.

It is expected that interviews will take place as soon as possible after the closing date.
