Due to continuing growth in our specialist hair and media make-up numbers UCB are seeking to appoint talented individuals with strong industrial experience and a considered commitment to teaching and learning to support the delivery of our programme within the School of Sport and Creative Services.
The successful candidates will have the ability to offer teaching in a number of subjects including make-up for media industries, special effects and prosthetics, anatomy and physiology, wig-making and fitting, silicone prosthetics and more. In addition to the above, you will be a confident communicator with the ability to inspire and motivate a range of students. Successful candidates are expected to work towards a recognised teaching qualification.
This vacancy is full-time involving some evening and occasional weekend work. However, we would also be willing to consider fractional (part-time) appointments for the right candidate(s). Please indicate clearly within your application if you wish to be considered for part-time work only.
