Amersham and Wycombe College is a leading provider of vocational courses and training in Buckinghamshire. We are progressive, ambitious and strive to provide an excellent student experience at the forefront of learning technology.
We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Lecturer with solid experience to teach on Public Services programmes from Level 1 and Level 3. Our highly successful courses combine a taught programme with work experience and overnight UK trips to further enhance the learner experience.

The successful candidate should have previous experience from a relevant profession (Armed Forces, Police, Emergency Medical or other uniformed service) must have good interpersonal and organisational skills and the flexibility and willingness to work as a team member. Candidates should have the ability to work with young people from a range of backgrounds who may have experienced multiple barriers to learning.

Candidates will have an appropriate Level 4, or higher, qualification and must also hold Level 2 qualifications (GCSE grade A – C or equivalent) in English and Maths.   A recognised teaching qualification is desirable, although not essential.
