The Hull York Medical School and the Faculty of Health and Social Care at the University of Hull invite applications for the role of Senior Lecturer in Primary Care Research.  This post will be based in the new Institute for Applied Clinical and Health Research.

The successful candidate will play a significant role in the development, delivery, support and quality enhancement of primary care research and will lead the design, conduct and dissemination of high quality primary care research in their area of interest.  This post is suitable for applied health researchers from clinical or other disciplines. For medically qualified applicants, the post requires full professional registration and membership on the GP specialty register. All candidates require experience in the design, delivery and dissemination of primary care research and will have an established track record in research complementary to our research strengths and in attracting research funding.

Whilst this is largely a research focussed role, some teaching duties will be included, depending on the expertise and background of the successful candidate.
