Global Mobility and Summer School Coordinator

The Global Mobility and Summer School Coordinator takes a lead role in maintaining the Visiting Student partnership/exchange programme.

Reporting to the Dean of International Programmes, this is an exciting new full-time position.

It involves s/he maintaining, overseeing and improving the Visiting Student (non-US) partnership/exchange programme (during the regular semester period). S/he will also play a key role in helping to lead, market, plan and deliver academic support for the Richmond International Summer School (usually from mid-April to early August) and for the January term (J-term). When required s/he will also help to support the university’s US Study abroad programmes.

The role may involve some international travel.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to take a creative and flexible approach to work are essential. Proficiency in using databases and Microsoft Office Suite is required. An understanding of the UK/US higher education system as well as a working knowledge of UKVI requirements for visas to study in the UK are desirable.

An undergraduate degree or equivalent working experience is also required.

The Global Mobility and Summer School Coordinator will be primarily located at the University’s Kensington Campus but will also be required to work for approximately one or two days a week at the University’s Richmond Campus.
