A new vacancy has emerged within Information Management and Technology for a Senior Network Specialist. The role will be located in our offices at Aldwych Central London and resides within the Network Team. The Senior Network Specialist will play a key role in LSE’s Network Strategy by working closely with the Network Manager, Senior Network Architect, Project and Service Managers in the management and delivery of a significant Network upgrade programme. They will also be responsible for coordinating resources to support Network operations during major project delivery. This is an exciting opportunity to join LSE as it refreshes its Network Strategy during a period of campus growth.
Candidates should have experience of managing a large enterprise class network and an ability to prioritise and co-ordinate resources to ensure effective service delivery standards are maintained. Candidates should also be able to demonstrate evidence of leading and managing project teams, work packages and reports to ensure successful project delivery, and an ability to prioritise, plan and organise multiple tasks with competing priorities and allocate resources appropriately, often under pressure.
