The Faculty of Humanities is looking for a dynamic and creative Web Content Editor with content development skills.

The Humanities Web Team offers professional web design and development services to our Faculty. We are looking for someone to join our team, who will work with colleagues in our Schools to create engaging, interactive and creative content to showcase their work.

You will be responsible for managing editorial website content on a day-to-day basis using a content management system and must have experience of working in a similar marketing or communications environment.

This role is ideal for someone who understands the potential of the web as a marketing tool and has the know-how to deliver their ideas. You should have a broader understanding of web design and development techniques. You will be working closely with other members of the Faculty Web Team as well as staff based in our Schools.

If you have experience of managing and developing websites, writing editorial copy and working with a varied range of stakeholders as well as excellent communications skills, this could be the role for you.

Further details of this role can be found within the job description.

As an equal opportunities employer, we welcome applications from all suitably qualified persons. However, as black and minority ethnic (BME) candidates are currently under-represented at this level in this area, we would particularly welcome applications from BME applicants. All appointments will be made on merit.
