WMG, at the University of Warwick, is home to the UKs most advanced driving simulator, the 3xD. In order for this facility to maintain its position as being state-of-the-art and beyond, we are looking for a research driven, technically experienced, and highly motivated Senior Research Fellow to assist, and lead where needed, in the facilitation of the diverse range of activities planned until 2020. Of particular importance in the short term is the physical realisation of innovative/novel wireless communications concepts.
It would be expected that you will have experience in using, deploying and/or conducting research based upon the provisions of leading providers such as National Instruments, Rohde & Schwarz, and/or other HIL provides used alongside Matlab and LabView.
As well as being able to assist and deliver across a range of projects run by the group, you would also be encouraged to work alongside other senior academic staff in developing new ideas and/or bids which enhance the 3xDs capabilities as well as the capabilities of the group in general.
