The Department of Radiography, part of the School of Health Sciences, is striving to sustain its success (100% satisfaction rating by students) by enhancing its links to clinical practice. To undertake this development, the School wishes to appoint a graduate on the HCPC Register as a Diagnostic Radiographer or equivalent. Academics or experienced practitioners are invited to apply. The post would be ideal for candidates who aspire to retain their clinical skills while building an academic portfolio.
The role will involve contributing to the delivery of high quality undergraduate and postgraduate radiography programmes, leading modules, supporting students in practice and working with placement provider organisations to ensure high quality learning experiences.
In addition to appointing to a lectureship the School will consider applications for secondments or job shares.
Support for achieving teaching qualifications and higher degrees will be available for the successful candidate.
