HR Advisor

You will primarily be responsible for providing generalist first line HR advice, guidance, support and interventions to managers and supervisors on all people related issues; and keeping the relevant HR Partner updated and informed. You will be expected to carry out all duties and activities in a timely manner, with responsibility for proactively referring complex cases to the relevant HR Partner. 

You will have experience of working in a similar role and be able to demonstrate an understanding of current employment law and HR best practice. You will be CIPD Level 3 qualified.

Excellent team working skills with the ability to work collaboratively and co-operatively with colleagues, whilst being able to work on your own initiative with the ability to plan and organise your own workload is essential; as is the ability to communicate effectively and appropriately with a variety of people whilst maintaining professionalism regardless of the method of communication.
