About the role:
With responsibility for the strategic leadership of the Employability Service, we’re looking for an exceptional individual to drive forward our employability strategy and to continue to build on our reputation as a leading national and international university for student employability.
With professional experience in a similar role, you’ll have excellent knowledge and current understanding of graduate recruitment trends as well as an appreciation of the differing needs of our students. Working collaboratively with senior faculty colleagues to embed employability into the curriculum, you’ll ensure employers make our University their university of choice in their graduate recruitment.
With a higher degree or relevant professional qualifications at post graduate level, you’ll have the gravitas and passion to promote our graduates and services to businesses, academics and external stakeholders, coupled with a demonstrable track record in business development and customer service excellence. As an experienced senior manager, preferably in Higher Education, you’ll have the ability to develop, motivate and lead a team ensuring our students graduate with the skills and confidence to enable them to find and progress within their chosen career path.
