Service Improvement Officer

This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the best Universities in the world working within our service improvement team to deliver a range of services that enhance and support the student administrative systems.

As our student numbers and demand for services to be delivered digitally grows, the need to deliver and enhance cutting edge services is imperative to enhance business processes, use of systems and the systems themselves are captured and capitalised on.

We are looking for an experienced service professional to support the transition of project activities to the live environment, undertake system and data analysis to identify high volume repeat issues to improve our service, develop metrics to drive efficiencies into our services and support our digital transformation agenda through enabling users to self-serve.

The successful candidate will have a strong focus on effective communications, react quickly to changing demands and be able to identify and recommend appropriate and feasible solutions.
